Five principals, five disciplines, one accountable company. Each of us came up on crews before we ran them, and we have spent decades becoming the people you call when it has to be right. It is not the leadership team this industry has historically produced, and that is part of why it works.

Gianna Kreider

Founder, Principal Technical Direction

Gianna came up in festivals and concert touring before moving into project management and technical direction. Over the past decade she has held staff and contract roles with Black Rose Productions, Monolith Studios, Creative Technology, GES, and VER, contributing to productions for clients including Netflix, Apple, the NBA, and Fox across festivals, film, broadcast, corporate events, and sport. Her drafting work covers staging, rigging, and production diagrams. She founded Black Rose to put five disciplines under one roof and give producers a single accountable point of contact.

Laura Zeeb

With more than 20 years in the live events industry, Laura has built a career managing corporate events, trade shows, theatrical productions, and live entertainment. Her expertise lies in leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing complex logistics, and delivering seamless event experiences while maintaining schedule, budget, and client expectations.

With 15+ years of production experience across corporate, broadcast, virtual, and sports, Haydee specializes in Labor & Logistics, applying these skills in a Project Management capacity. She is known for leading with clarity and precision, bringing deep operational expertise and a relationship-centered approach to every project. Recognized for building strong collaboration among clients, vendors, and internal teams, she offers a steady, strategic hand to every engagement.

Melinda is a sharp and dependable live events specialist with deep expertise in Disguise and Millumin. Known for her methodical approach and ability to stay composed under pressure, she has successfully delivered technical excellence across some of the most immersive and high-profile productions in the industry — including multiple Illuminarium venues across North America and beyond.

Principal, Producing and Show calling

Alyssa Freire

Alyssa came up through stagehand and tech roles, moved into PM work, and eventually into producing and show calling. That mix helped her translate between creative, technical, and client needs without losing clarity. She is comfortable stepping into whatever the room needs, whether it be calling the show, building out pre pro, coordinating content, or supporting presenters.
