What We Offer

Every show has a technical spine. We are it.

Need someone to own the whole technical plan? That is what we do. Just need a show caller for four days in a ballroom or a video engineer who can walk in and make sense of somebody else's system? We do that too. Five disciplines and you can hire one or all of them.

We do not rent gear or carry inventory, which means we have no reason to recommend anything except what your show actually needs. And you will always have a written scope before anything is signed, so there are no surprises at reconciliation.

  • The technical plan from concept through strike. We draft the plots, scope the vendors, sequence the load-in, and hold the schedule together once trucks start rolling. You get one person accountable for the build and the calls that get made at two in the morning.

  • Budget, schedule, and every deadline between the first pitch and doors. We track scope changes, keep vendors on their dates, and give you a single source of truth.

  • The person on headset when it counts. We run rehearsals, build the run of show, and call the show clean, keeping talent, crew, and control rooms on the same page from first cue to final blackout.

  • Crew calls, timesheets, and a labor budget that closes clean. We build the crew structure against the actual build schedule, manage union and non union calls, and track regular, OT, and DT so the final reconciliation holds up under review.

  • Signal flow, systems design, and screens that come up right the first time. We spec the video package, engineer the paths, and stay through commissioning so the technology works before rehearsal starts instead of during it.

Our Process

Five steps, no surprises

01 · Scope Call

We start with a conversation about the show. Dates, venue, creative intent, budget range, and what you already have locked. Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell you what the production actually needs and where the risk sits.

02 · Written Scope

You get a written scope of work and a rate sheet before anyone commits. It states exactly which disciplines we cover, what falls to other vendors, and what changes the number. No handshake deals that turn into disputes at reconciliation.

03 · Plan and Team

We draft the plots, build the schedule, and assemble the team against the plan. That includes sourcing designers, crew, and vendors when you need them, then running the vendor communication so you are managing one relationship instead of nine.

04 · Build and Show

We are on site from load in through strike. Crew calls, technical decisions, schedule changes, and problem solving in real time. You have one point of contact who knows the entire plan and has authority to make the call.

05 · Close Out

After strike we reconcile labor and budget, deliver as built drawings, and hand over the documentation. Your next show starts from a finished record instead of somebody's memory.
